These sessions run between September and May from Seaton Sluice Beach, last 1 hour in total, and cost £70 for a one-to-one, or £110 for two. If you are a group of 3-4 humans, including any children aged 8+, please contact me.
We’ll meet in the Fountainhead Car Park 15 mins before sunrise, then head down through the dunes. After our dip, we’ll warm up with vegan chai hot chocolate from my trusty flask, and talk about our plans for the day. You’re welcome to bring your brekkie. Or even to rock up in your jammies.
Start times will vary, because you know, the sunrise does, so I’ll let you know the meeting time once you’ve booked. Just be mindful that it could be an early one!
If you’re not acclimatised to very cold water please wear a full length wetsuit, as well as swimming gloves and shoes.
